By accessing or using our website and purchasing from Auralife BD, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, customers, and anyone who interacts with our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after any changes means you accept the updated Terms & Conditions.

1. General Conditions

• Product prices and availability may change at any time without prior notice
• If a product becomes out of stock:
  • You will be notified
  • We may suggest an alternative
  • Or cancel the order if necessary
• In case of pricing or listing errors:
  • We reserve the right to cancel the order
  • Any advance payment will be refunded

2. Product Information

We try our best to display accurate product images and descriptions.

However, slight differences may occur due to:

• Device screen settings
• Lighting conditions
• Color calibration

👉 Therefore, minor variations in color or appearance are normal.

3. Order & Payment Policy

We offer the following payment methods across Bangladesh:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• bKash / Nagad / Rocket
• Visa / MasterCard (Online Payment)

👉 For regular products:
You can choose COD or advance payment

👉 For custom or modified products:

• Advance payment (partial or full) is required
• Work will not start without payment confirmation

4. Custom / Modified Products

• Custom or personalized products are made specifically for you
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production starts
• No refunds will be provided

5. Delivery Policy

• We deliver all over Bangladesh
• Delivery time may vary depending on location

Customer responsibilities:

• Provide accurate name, address, and phone number
• Ensure someone is available to receive the order

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• You can pay after receiving the product
• In some cases, product checking may be allowed

However:

• Do not delay the delivery agent unnecessarily
• Refusing delivery without valid reason will incur charges

7. Return & Delivery Charges

If you:

• Change your mind after placing the order
• Are unavailable at the time of delivery
• Refuse to accept the product without valid reason

👉 Then delivery charges must be paid:

• Inside Dhaka → ৳70
• Outside Dhaka → ৳120

8. Product Issues

• Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• After verification, we will provide a replacement or solution if applicable

9. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
• After dispatch, cancellation is limited

👉 Custom orders:

• Cannot be cancelled once production has started

10. Customer Responsibility

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• Fake or incomplete orders are strictly prohibited

👉 Misuse may result in:

• Order cancellation
• Account restriction or blacklist

11. Discounts & Offers

• Coupons and offers are subject to specific conditions
• Misuse of discounts is not allowed
• Offers may change or be discontinued at any time

12. Third-Party Links

• Our website may contain links to third-party services
• We are not responsible for their content or policies

13. Errors & Inaccuracies

• There may be occasional errors in product details, pricing, or availability
• We reserve the right to correct these at any time without notice

14. Prohibited Use

You are not allowed to:

• Provide false information
• Place fraudulent orders
• Attempt hacking or introduce viruses
• Misuse or abuse the website
• Engage in illegal activities

👉 Violation may result in account termination.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on Auralife BD (including logo, images, text, and designs) is the property of the brand.

👉 Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

Auralife BD reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ভিজিট করা এবং/অথবা Auralife BD থেকে কোনো প্রোডাক্ট ক্রয় করার মাধ্যমে আপনি আমাদের সার্ভিসের একজন ইউজার হিসেবে গণ্য হবেন এবং নিচের সকল Terms & Conditions মেনে নিচ্ছেন।

এই শর্তাবলী সকল ইউজারের জন্য প্রযোজ্য—যারা ব্রাউজ করেন, অর্ডার করেন, কাস্টমার, ভিজিটর বা কন্টেন্ট ব্যবহারকারী।

আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই Terms আপডেট করার অধিকার রাখি। আপডেটের পর ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার চালিয়ে গেলে তা নতুন Terms গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে বলে গণ্য হবে।

১. সাধারণ শর্ত (General Conditions)

• প্রোডাক্টের দাম ও স্টক যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে
• কোনো প্রোডাক্ট স্টক আউট হয়ে গেলে:
  • আপনাকে জানানো হবে
  • বিকল্প প্রোডাক্ট সাজেস্ট করা হতে পারে
  • অথবা প্রয়োজনে অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল করা হতে পারে
• ভুলবশত প্রাইস/ডিসকাউন্ট ভুল হলে:
  • অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল করা হতে পারে
  • পেমেন্ট করা থাকলে রিফান্ড দেয়া হবে

২. প্রোডাক্ট সম্পর্কিত তথ্য

• আমাদের প্রোডাক্টগুলো অনলাইনে সীমিত স্টকে থাকতে পারে
• আমরা সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি সঠিক ছবি ও ডিটেইল দেখাতে

👉 তবে নিচের কারণে বাস্তবে ভিন্ন হতে পারে:

• মোবাইল/ডিভাইস স্ক্রিন সেটিং
• কালার ক্যালিব্রেশন
• লাইটিং

👉 তাই সামান্য কালার বা লুক ভিন্ন হওয়া স্বাভাবিক

৩. অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট

আমরা নিচের পেমেন্ট মেথড সাপোর্ট করি:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• bKash / Nagad / Rocket
• Card Payment (Visa / MasterCard)

👉 সাধারণ প্রোডাক্ট: COD বা advance – দুটোই সম্ভব
👉 Custom / Modified Product:

• অগ্রিম (advance) পেমেন্ট বাধ্যতামূলক
• পেমেন্ট ছাড়া কাজ শুরু হবে না

৪. কাস্টম / মডিফাইড প্রোডাক্ট

• সব কাস্টম প্রোডাক্ট অর্ডার অনুযায়ী তৈরি করা হয়
•  Production শুরু হলে cancel করা যাবে না
•  Refund প্রযোজ্য নয়

👉 কারণ এগুলো অন্য কারো কাছে বিক্রি করা সম্ভব না

৫. ডেলিভারি নীতি

• আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশে ডেলিভারি করি
• ডেলিভারি সময় লোকেশন অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তন হতে পারে

👉 কাস্টমারের দায়িত্ব:

• সঠিক নাম, ঠিকানা, ফোন নাম্বার দেয়া
• ডেলিভারির সময় উপস্থিত থাকা

৬. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• প্রোডাক্ট হাতে পাওয়ার পর টাকা দিতে পারবেন
• (যেখানে সম্ভব) প্রোডাক্ট চেক করা যাবে

👉 তবে:

• ডেলিভারি ম্যানকে অযথা দেরি করানো যাবে না
• অর্ডার রিসিভ করতে অস্বীকার করলে চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে

৭. রিটার্ন ও ডেলিভারি চার্জ

আপনি যদি:

• অর্ডার করার পর মত পরিবর্তন করেন
• ডেলিভারির সময় উপস্থিত না থাকেন
• প্রোডাক্ট গ্রহণ করতে অস্বীকার করেন

👉 তাহলে:

• ঢাকার ভিতরে → ৭০ টাকা চার্জ দিতে হবে
• ঢাকার বাইরে → ১২০ টাকা চার্জ দিতে হবে

৮. প্রোডাক্টে সমস্যা

• প্রোডাক্টে সমস্যা থাকলে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে জানাতে হবে
• আমরা যাচাই করে:
  • Replacement / Solution দিবো (যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়)

৯. অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল

• Dispatch এর আগে ক্যান্সেল করা যাবে
• Dispatch এর পরে সীমিতভাবে ক্যান্সেল করা যাবে

👉 Custom order:

• Production শুরু হলে cancel করা যাবে না

১০. একাউন্ট ও ইনফরমেশন

• সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করা বাধ্যতামূলক
• ভুয়া অর্ডার করলে:
  • অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে
  • ভবিষ্যতে ব্লক করা হতে পারে

👉 একই নাম্বার দিয়ে multiple abuse করলে order cancel হবে

১১. ডিসকাউন্ট ও অফার

• কুপন / ডিসকাউন্ট শুধুমাত্র নির্দিষ্ট শর্তে প্রযোজ্য
• একই ইউজার বারবার misuse করতে পারবে না
• অফার যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তন/বাতিল হতে পারে

১২. থার্ড পার্টি লিংক

• কিছু ক্ষেত্রে আমরা third-party link দিতে পারি
• সেই সার্ভিস ব্যবহার করলে তার দায়ভার আমাদের নয়

১৩. ভুল তথ্য (Errors)

• ওয়েবসাইটে ভুল তথ্য থাকতে পারে (price, stock, description)
• আমরা যেকোনো সময় তা সংশোধন করার অধিকার রাখি

১৪. নিষিদ্ধ ব্যবহার

নিচের কাজগুলো সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ:

• ভুয়া তথ্য দেয়া
• প্রতারণামূলক অর্ডার
• সাইটে হ্যাকিং / ভাইরাস / স্প্যাম
• অন্যের তথ্য চুরি
• অশ্লীল বা বেআইনি কাজে ব্যবহার

👉 এসব করলে আপনার একাউন্ট বন্ধ করা হবে

১৫. মেধাস্বত্ব (Intellectual Property)

Auralife BD-এর সকল কনটেন্ট (লোগো, ডিজাইন, ছবি, লেখা) সম্পূর্ণ সুরক্ষিত।

👉 অনুমতি ছাড়া ব্যবহার করলে আইনগত ব্যবস্থা নেয়া হবে

১৬. পরিবর্তন (Changes to Terms)

Auralife BD যেকোনো সময় এই Terms পরিবর্তন করতে পারে।

👉 ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার চালিয়ে গেলে তা নতুন Terms গ্রহণ হিসেবে গণ্য হবে
