Refund Policy

At Auralife BD, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We always aim to deliver high-quality, customized products. However, in certain situations, refunds may be applicable under the conditions below.

When Refunds Are Applicable

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• If a paid order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability
• If a product has a major defect or issue and cannot be replaced
• If you ordered multiple items and one or more items are unavailable, and restocking is not possible within a reasonable time
• If a return request is approved after proper evaluation

All returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition to be eligible for a refund.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during purchase:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket → Refunded via same MFS
• Debit / Credit Card → Refunded to original card
• Cash on Delivery (if applicable) → Refunded via MFS or bank transfer

Refund Processing Time

• Refunds are initiated within 72 hours after approval
• For card payments, it may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account
• If you do not receive the refund within this period, please contact your bank or email us

Refund Charges

• Normally, no refund charge is applied
• You will receive the exact amount you paid

However:

• If the product has already been shipped or delivered, and you request a refund (without product defect), then a delivery & processing fee may be deducted

Charge may include:

• Inside Dhaka: ৳70
• Outside Dhaka: ৳120+ payment processing fee (if applicable)

Discount & Offer Conditions

• Any discounts, cashback, or promotional offers are non-refundable
• Refund will be based on the actual amount paid

Example:

👉 If you purchased a product worth ৳1000 for ৳900,
👉 You will receive ৳900 as refund, not ৳1000

Important Note

Auralife BD reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after reviewing the returned product condition.

Auralife BD-তে আমরা সবসময় কাস্টমারের সন্তুষ্টিকে সর্বোচ্চ গুরুত্ব দিই। আমরা সর্বোচ্চ মানের কাস্টমাইজড প্রোডাক্ট সরবরাহ করার চেষ্টা করি। তবে কিছু নির্দিষ্ট পরিস্থিতিতে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

কখন রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য

নিচের ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হতে পারে:

• পেমেন্ট করা অর্ডারের প্রোডাক্ট স্টকে না থাকলে
• প্রোডাক্টে গুরুতর সমস্যা থাকলে এবং রিপ্লেসমেন্ট সম্ভব না হলে
• একাধিক প্রোডাক্ট অর্ডার করলে তার মধ্যে কোনো একটি স্টকে না থাকলে এবং দ্রুত স্টকে আসার সম্ভাবনা না থাকলে
• প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্ন করার পর যাচাই করে অনুমোদন দেয়া হলে

রিফান্ড পেতে হলে প্রোডাক্ট অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, অক্ষত এবং পুনরায় বিক্রিযোগ্য অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।

রিফান্ডের মাধ্যম

আপনি যে মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট করেছেন, সেই মাধ্যমেই রিফান্ড করা হবে:

• বিকাশ / নগদ / রকেট → একই মাধ্যমে রিফান্ড
• ডেবিট / ক্রেডিট কার্ড → কার্ডে রিফান্ড
• ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি → MFS বা ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার

রিফান্ডের সময়সীমা

• রিফান্ড অনুমোদনের পর ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে প্রসেস শুরু করা হবে
• কার্ড পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে ৫–১০ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে

রিফান্ড চার্জ

• সাধারণত কোনো রিফান্ড চার্জ প্রযোজ্য নয়
• আপনি যে এমাউন্ট পেমেন্ট করেছেন, সেটাই ফেরত পাবেন

তবে:

• যদি প্রোডাক্ট ইতোমধ্যে শিপ বা ডেলিভারি হয়ে যায় এবং আপনি রিফান্ড চান (প্রোডাক্টে সমস্যা ছাড়া),
  তাহলে ডেলিভারি ও প্রসেসিং চার্জ কেটে রাখা হতে পারে

চার্জ:

• ঢাকার ভিতরে: ৭০টাকা
• ঢাকার বাইরে: ১২০টাকা + অতিরিক্ত প্রসেসিং ফি (প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে)

ডিসকাউন্ট ও অফার

• কোনো ডিসকাউন্ট, ক্যাশব্যাক বা অফার রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়
• শুধুমাত্র আপনার প্রদত্ত এমাউন্ট ফেরত দেয়া হবে

উদাহরণ:
👉 ১০০০ টাকার প্রোডাক্ট ৯০০ টাকায় কিনলে,
👉 আপনি ৯০০ টাকাই ফেরত পাবেন

গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নোট

Auralife BD প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী প্রোডাক্ট যাচাই করে রিফান্ড অনুমোদন বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
